Unfortunately, there is some major controversy before the day really gets started. Alex goes for animation, but the guys end up in Stage. Did she Stage or not? You’ll need to leave a comment on their YouTube video channel to ask.
A long day starts with a character breakfast. But not before Alex wows the crowds with his rendition of a High School Musical song.
Little Zac is in his element meeting all of the characters he watches on TV every day. But rumour has it Alex had more fun than anyone – and added to his autograph book in the process.
It’s then off to Beauty and the Beast, and a great stage performance of ‘Be Our Guest’. If you listen very carefully, you can hear Alex singing along.
We then join the gang for for a little retail therapy (these guys could shop for England). There’s a little confusion over ‘Sulk’ the bear. Not sure any purchases were made here, but I’m sure Alex managed to sneak some Vinylmation into his bag.
Harper meets Mr Incredible next, while Zac decides to compare muscles with him. Then it’s on to Mickey himself, and yet another photo opportunity.
A little Playhouse Disney is followed by a meet and greet with Lightning McQueen. But it’s just too ‘noise’ for poor Zac.
You can now tell that the strain is starting to take its toll on Kirsty. After a much-needed sit down in a shop, she’s on the warpath about FastPass+. To be honest, a FastPass+ for Toy Story Mania involves a 30-minute wait – at least it did before the third track was opened.
And the highlight of Alex’s day awaits! Frozen Sing a Long. I’m pretty sure Alex was swaying with a lighter at one point.
Next it’s food, and a rest for Kirsty at Pizza Planet. Star Tours follows, then it’s time for Fantasmic! Prepare for numb-bum on those bleachers! As well as some fantasmic Mickey action.
If you want a good look at Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios, this is a great video to watch.
Stay tuned for day 5, when the gang head to Disney Springs and Typhoon Lagoon.
